Product failure: Damaged, defective product, packaging in poor condition or broken, product with signs of use, missing accessories, product with characteristics other than those offered, non-compliance on delivery days.
Considerations:
The product may be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date the order is received.
The product must be returned in the same conditions (packaging, labels, stamps), as it was received.
At the time of making the change, the respective ticket or invoice must be presented.
The garments must be in perfect condition: no stains, perfume, washing.
The change will be subject to stock availability.
The garment must maintain the label and handtag.
The change can only be made once within 7 business days.
Does not apply for promotions.
Shipping and collection costs are assumed by the customer.
